: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant national guidelines. As per institutional policy, formal ethics approval by the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC), Tata Main Hospital, Jamshedpur, was waived because this was a retrospective observational study. The need for informed consent was waived by Institutional Ethics Committee, Tata Main Hospital, as this case report involved no experimental research or interventions beyond routine clinical care. All identifiable patient information has been removed to ensure confidentiality, and the study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and national guidelines.
