: The Animal Ethics Committee of Qinghai University approved this study (Approval No. PJ201902-09; Application No. SL201902-09; Protocol Version V20190209-1). This study complied with the 8th Edition of the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and the ARRIVE guidelines (version 2.0), adhering to the 3R principles. Tumor sizes were monitored to stay below 1,000 mm³, and mice were euthanized by cervical dislocation at the study’s end. All procedures followed SRCMO-IACUC guidelines.
