: The Animal Ethics Committee of Qinghai University approved this study (Approval No. PJ201902-09; Application No. SL201902-09; Protocol Version V20190209-1). This study complied with the 8th Edition of the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and the ARRIVE guidelines (version 2.0), adhering to the 3R principles.
