: The subjects provided informed consent, and the collection and use of tissue specimens was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University. The Institutional Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University and the Institutional Review Board no. LW2019312, and protocol number No. 2019–043. During this study, it involved examining the expression of LDHA in human liver cancer tissues and adjacent paracancerous tissue samples. We conducted the experiment strictly in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant national laws and regulations. This study involves using liver cancer tissue and adjacent cancerous tissue from 30 liver cancer patients for tissue chip detection. All participating patients have provided informed consent, and participants have agreed to the use of their samples; moreover, the samples used are only for academic research and do not involve commercial activities.
