: This retrospective study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University (approval No. DFY204927001). Individual informed consent was waived by the same committee because the study used only archival paraffin-embedded tissues and posed no additional risk to patients. All patient data were de-identified before analysis. The individual informed consent requirements for this retrospective study have been officially approved for exemption by the Medical Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University.
