: The Animal experiment protocol has been reviewed and approved Laboratory animal ethics committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiaxing University (Approval notice: JUMC2024-002). The maximal permitted tumor burden approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiaxing University was a tumor volume not exceeding 1500 mm 3 (or a diameter ≤ 15 mm). Throughout the study, tumor volume was regularly measured and did not exceed this limit in any animal. In cases where tumor size approached the threshold, animals were euthanized promptly in accordance with the protocol to ensure adherence to ethical guidelines.
