: This study and its protocols were approved by the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University and the Ethics Committee of Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital. The study utilized human bladder cancer tissue samples collected from patients undergoing radical cystectomy at these two medical centers. Written informed consent was obtained from all participating patients after they were fully informed about the study’s purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits. All patient data and samples were anonymized and handled in strict accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional review boards and with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
