: All animal experimental procedures were approved by the Laboratory Animal Center of Suzhou Medical College, Soochow University and Use Committee (approval number: 202504A0043). Experiments involved the housing and sacrifice of female C57BL/6 N mice (6–8 weeks old, 18–22 g) for collection of immune organs and tissues for molecular analysis. All procedures were conducted in strict accordance with the Basel Declaration for ethical animal research (https://animalresearchtomorrow.org/en). All efforts were made to minimize animal suffering and reduce the number of animals used. Not applicable. For publicly available datasets (TCGA, GEO), appropriate data use agreements and ethical approvals were already in place by the original data generators.
