: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Etlik City Hospital Ethics Committee (Date: 27 November 2024; Approval No: AEŞH-BADEK-2024-1102). The study was conducted as a retrospective analysis of anonymized routinely collected clinical and laboratory data. No additional blood sampling or study-specific procedures were performed. Due to the retrospective design of the study and the use of anonymized patient data, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the Etlik City Hospital Ethics Committee.
