The approval number is PJ[DW-2025012-01]. All experimental procedures were conducted in accordance with the relevant ethical guidelines and regulations for the care and use of laboratory animals. The cell lines present in this study were obtained from Nanjing KeyGen Biotech Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China). Not applicable, as this study involves bioinformatics analysis, animal experiments (approved by ethics committee), and cell lines, with no human participants.
