: This study utilized sequencing data generated through publicly available databases. All animal experiments were performed in accordance with the ethical guidelines for experimental research on vertebrates, including compliance with the Basel Declaration. Animal experiments’ protocol in this study was ethically approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Southwest Medical University (Approval number: SWMU20250052). The maximal permitted tumor size approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Southwest Medical University was 1500mm 3 . The maximum tumor volume was measure to be 340.1345mm 3 .
