: Tumor samples, along with corresponding adjacent peritumoral tissues, were obtained from patients who underwent liver resection at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. All procedures adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki. This study was approved by the Institutional Review Boards of The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. The IRB approval numbers and animal use protocol numbers are 2024468 and LLSC20241358 respectively. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.
