All data used in this study were obtained from the publicly available and de-identified GEO database in accordance with its data use policies. In vitro experiments were conducted using established commercially available cell lines (A673 and RD-ES), which, according to our institutional guidelines, do not require additional ethics approval. Therefore, ethics approval and consent to participate were not applicable.
