All data used in this study were obtained from publicly accessible pharmacovigilance databases (FAERS and VigiAccess) that do not contain personally identifiable information. This safety study was exempt from Institutional Review Board approval or informed patient consent because it met the criteria for exemption from the Office for Protection from Research Risks, as specified in the Department of Health and Human Services regulations. Therefore, ethical approval was not required. As this study did not involve direct human participants and used only publicly available, de-identified pharmacovigilance data, consent to participate was not required.
