Ethics approval and consent to participate: Human tumor tissue samples were acquired following the ethical protocols approved by the Research Ethics Committee at Qingdao Municipal Hospital. All procedures related to specimen collection and subsequent immunohistochemical analyses were conducted under the committee’s oversight to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements. All animal experiments were reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Qingdao Municipal Hospital.
