: All animal experiments were conducted in strict accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA), Government of India. The experimental protocols involving mice were reviewed and approved by the Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC) of JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty (JSSCP/OT/IAEC/21/2021-22). The animals used for immunization were Balb/c mice, female, aged 6–8 weeks, weighing 10–15 g. Mice were housed and maintained under standard laboratory conditions (12-hour light/dark cycle, temperature-controlled environment, and ad libitum access to food and water). All procedures were carried out by trained personnel, in compliance with CPCSEA and institutional guidelines, to ensure the highest standards of animal ethics and care.
