: All data used in this study were obtained from publicly available databases (GEO, TCGA), which have undergone independent ethical review and approval by their respective institutional review boards prior to public release. The datasets used in this analysis (TCGA Level 3 data) are standardized and de-identified, thus no additional ethical approval was required for this study. All data usage complied strictly with the data access policies and sharing agreements of GEO ( ), TCGA ( ). For the clinical samples analyzed in this study, ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital (Approval No.202663), and the research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
