: During the preparation of this study, the authors used ChatGPT-4o (OpenAI) as a support tool in various phases of analysis and writing. Specifically, it was employed to structure and analyse the qualitative data from the discussion groups, draft sections of the manuscript (particularly the methodology and results sections), improve the stylistic coherence of the text, and carry out preliminary translations into English. Additionally, the MacWhisper tool was used for the automatic transcription of audio recordings, which were subsequently reviewed manually by the research team to ensure accuracy. All content generated with technological support was later reviewed, edited, and validated by the authors, who assume full responsibility for the final version of the manuscript.
