: This study involves a secondary analysis of publicly available data from NHANES. All NHANES procedures involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the National Research Council and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the NHANES. The present study, being a secondary analysis of anonymized data, did not require additional ethical approval from our institution.
