: This research is part of the doctoral thesis of the first author, which is being developed in the Doctoral Program in Nursing and Health at the University of Barcelona, Spain, thesis directed by the third author, and whose research project was approved by the Bioethics Commission of the same university with number IRB00003099 of June 14, 2021. The ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects established in the Declaration of Helsinki were followed. The participants were invited and informed orally and in writing in simple language about the details of the study, information management, and ethical considerations; after clarifying doubts, they signed an informed consent document, and each cisgender woman sex worker was given a copy of it and an information sheet. During the research, the confidentiality of the data and the anonymity of the participants were guaranteed by assigning codes ranging from P-1 to P-34.
