: The study protocol was approved by the Clinical Research Review Board of Tokai University School of Medicine (approval number: 23R139). In accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical guidelines for life science and medical research involving human subjects, the study procedures and purpose of the study were explained to the participants, and the procedures for obtaining online informed consent were followed. The study was conducted with a plan to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and to protect personal information, with due consideration to avoid any mental or physical burden, pain, or disadvantage to the participants.

: Informed consent was obtained from the participants at the beginning of the online questionnaire. Respondents were requested to read the research request form and check the box if they were willing to participate in the study.
