: In this study, all procedures performed involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of our institution, Faculty of Medicine, Al-Azhar University, and approved by two ethical committee: the first one is the ethical committee of Urology Department and the other is the ethical committee of Faculty of Medicine.At that time, there was no number to be given to the study but after that the numbering system became routine.The informed consent obtained from study participants was written.
