: Ethics approval was obtained from the Wits Human Research Ethics Committee (Clearance Certificate M200885) before distributing questionnaires. All participants received an informative consent form along with the questionnaire reassuring them that participation is completely voluntary and that all responses were anonymous. Participants were also informed that they may withdraw at any point during the questionnaire filling, should they wish to do so, without any repercussions.
