: Ethics approval was waived by the institutional ethics committee of Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris in a view of the retrospective nature of the study and all procedures being performed were part of the routine care. All procedures followed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation (institutional and national) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000.

: Informed consent was obtained from all patients for being included in the study.

: Upon admission, all subjects included in the present study signed a document consenting to all data from their medical files to be used for research purposes and scientific publications, including those from cardiac images.
