: Informed consent was gained from patients and their families, who signed an informed consent form after the ethics committee of The Quzhou Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Quzhou People's Hospital, reviewed and approved each case in our study. The tests comply with the ethical principles in the Declaration of Helsinki for human medical research. The National Institutes of Health's Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals contains strict instructions on caring for and using lab animals. The animals were kept separately in a specific non-pathogenic facility for the experiments and handled strictly to those instructions. The animal committee of The Quzhou Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Quzhou People's Hospital, have discussed and given the go-ahead for all animal research before they are carried out.
