: Data for the study was collected with a voluntary survey with informed consent. We express our deepest gratitude to all the people who responded to ‘Trees Near Us—Puut Lähellämme—Bomen Naast Ons’ research survey in Netherlands in 2021. The focus group for this study was adults over 18 years of age. The anonymised datasets used in this study will be archived in the Lusto archives of the Finnish Forest Museum under the project name 'Puut Lähellämme' (Trees Near Us).
