: Ethical approval and oversight were obtained from Salus IRB for both the qualitative interviews (approved May 23, 2023) and the quantitative online survey with DCE (initial approval October 17, 2023, amendments approved February 28, 2024 and April 10, 2024). The study was performed in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration of 1964 and its later amendments. All participants provided informed consent before participating in any study activities.
