No ethics approval or informed consent from the patients included in the study cohort was required by the Finnish legislation (Act on the Secondary Use of Health and Social Data (552/2019) by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health), as the persons were not contacted, and the study did not affect the treatment of patients.
