: By comparing 86859 patients in the SEER database and 5838 patients in the SCC database, we found that the estimated incidence of CRC in the US was greater than that in China from 2006 to 2019. The 5-year overall survival rates were 71.8% and 78.2% for Chinese and US CRC patients, respectively (p < 0.001).
