No. TASO REC/ADMC010/2022-UG-REC-009 and extended for 12 months June 2023 to July 2024, and the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) on January 30, 2023, with Ref. No. SS1396ES . In accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, the study ensured that all participants were fully informed about its objectives, potential risks, and benefits. Participants were reassured that their confidentiality would be maintained, and that their participation was entirely voluntary. Prior to the interviews, written or thumb-printed informed consent was obtained from each participant, ensuring that they understood the purpose of the study and agreed to take part willingly.
