: Analyses were performed, with informed consent, using fibroblast cell samples from 4 untreated MPS-I patients. The cells were provided by biobanknetwork.telethon.it with prior authorization from that institution’s ethics committee (Comité de ética de la investigación de Santiago-Lugo (CEI-SL) registration code: 2023/436).Experiments were carried out in accordance with the European Union Directive 2010/63/EU for animal experiments and were approved by the Galician Network Committee for Ethics Research (15012/2025/003).
