: A potential or perceived conflict of interest may occur as the research is being conducted by staff who have been employed by the Melbourne Poche Centre for Indigenous Health. Warwick Padgham worked for the Centre between 2014 and 2021 and was involved with the design and delivery of the Programs outlined. Shawana Andrews was employed by the Centre in September 2019 and Odette Mazel from April 2020, both after the delivery of the last Program in 2019. The outcomes of the research might be perceived as being biased because we have an interest in the activities of the Centre being viewed as a success, however, the researchers have worked to ensure that survey questions allowed opportunities for criticism of project activities and operations. It should also be noted that the Centre staff have no authority over PhD admissions or progress processes.
