: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The data used in this study were collected as part of the KASVU project, a collaboration among eight Finnish universities offering teacher education programs. These institutions are joint controllers of the data and have established a formal agreement regulating its governance. Due to the inclusion of sensitive personal information, such as entrance examination results and matriculation exam grades, access to the data is restricted to protect participant privacy. Requests for access must be submitted to the KASVU Advisory Board, which evaluates each proposal and grants access in accordance with ethical and legal standards. The dataset is not currently deposited in a public repository for these reasons. Researchers interested in accessing the data may submit a research proposal through the Finnish Teacher Education Database (FinTED; ).
