: The Wildlife Protection Act of 1972 in India was used to compile the animals involved in this experiment. According to the ethical committee, Bharathidasan University’s institutional animal care and use committee approval was not required for the present study. The criteria established by the Animal Ethical Committee were followed during fish rearing and all handling upkeep. The reared fishes were anaesthetized using MS-222 before for analytical purposes.
