: Animal studies were conducted in accordance with the Animal Use Protocol approved by Guizhou Medical University. The Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University provided the human NSCLC and matched healthy tissue biopsies for comparison. All participants provided written informed consent before the research began, and the study was authorized by the ethics committee of the same institution. Maximal tumor size/burden permitted by the Ethics Committee is 1.5 cm in diameter; the maximal tumor size/burden was not exceeded in the experiments conducted in this study.
