: This study was approved by the Ethical Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University, PLA (No. (A) KY2022142). All patients signed informed consent forms prior to enrollment and sample collection. We confirm this study adheres to the Declaration of Helsinki. All animal experiments were performed in animal experimental center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University.
