: The study protocol was approved by the institutional ethics board of Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (TJ-IRB20200731), and conducted following the Declaration of Helsinki, the International Ethical Guidelines for Health-related Research Involving Humans of Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences, and the Approach to the Ethical Review of Biomedical Research Involving Humans (2016) of Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China. Human plasma was collected from 69 patients with advanced NSCLC at Tongji Hospital, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. All human samples were obtained with the participants’ informed consent.
