: The study for mice is compliant with all relevant ethical regulations for animal experiments. All experiments and facilities were approved by the Committee for Ethics of Animal Experiments and were conducted in conformity to the Guidelines for Animal Experiments, Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine (Shanghai, China), the ID Number was SHDSYY-2024-T0577. The study utilized tumors and matched non-malignant tissues sourced from Shanghai East Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine, China, with approval from the Ethics Committee of Shanghai East Hospital.
