: CRC tissue samples from Moffitt Cancer Center Biorepository (n = 42): All experimental protocols involving human data adhered to national, international, and institutional guidelines, as well as the Declaration of Helsinki. Collection of tissue samples and clinical data was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Moffitt Cancer Center, and informed written consent was obtained from all participating patients. This study used only de-identified sequencing data for comparison analysis. CRC tissue samples from Intermountain Healthcare Biorepository (n = 51): Tissue samples and clinical data were collected and used in compliance with national/international/institutional guidelines, and the Declaration of Helsinki and following approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Intermountain Healthcare, with informed written consent obtained from all participating patients. This study used only de-identified clinical data for analysis.
