: The study protocol was approved by a competent central ethics committee and the study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles originating in the Declaration of Helsinki, applicable regulatory requirements, and in compliance with the protocol. Patients provided verbal informed consent for study participation, recording, and archival of the conversation, during the first call.
