: The ethical approval for this study was obtained from the ethical committee of the Department of Pharmacy, Bahuddin Zakariya University, Multan (Reference No. 029/PHP/16 dated 04-01-2016). The study was performed by following the Declaration of Helsinki. Patients were invited to participate in the study, and those who agreed were explained about the nature and purpose of the study, and both oral and written consents were taken from the patients.
