: Ethics approval for the qualitative interview study was obtained from Advarra (Columbia, MD; reference number Pro00044847), and participants provided written informed consent before taking part. The OLYMPIA trials were conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration of 1964 and its later amendments, good clinical practice guidelines, and International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use guidelines.
