: Ethical approval was not required for this study, as it involved an anonymous survey of healthcare professionals and a narrative review, and did not collect identifiable personal or patient data. This determination was confirmed using the Medical Research Council and NHS Health Research Authority research ethics decision tool. All participants provided informed consent for their anonymised data to be used for research and publication purposes, with consent implied by voluntary completion of the survey. The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (as revised in 2024).
