: This prospective observational multicentre study was approved by the Ethics Committee for Research with Medicines (CEIm) of Hospital de Manises, Valencia, Spain, which served as the coordinating ethics committee for all three participating centres. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and Spanish Law 14/2007 on Biomedical Research. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to inclusion. Data were collected and processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. Where identifiable clinical images were used, specific written consent for publication was obtained.
