: Aprotocol was where swiss albino mice (25–30 g) were used and that is implemented by the P&D (Pharm-PD-37/07/19) committee of Department of Pharmacy, International Islamic University Chittagong, Bangladesh, which was used for the wellbeing of antinociceptive, anti-inflammatory study and as the same way, human serum obtained from volunteer were utilized in the thrombolytic study (Reference number: pharm P&D-70/8'08-19).
