: Male c57BL/6 mice were purchased from Huazhong Agricultural university (Certificate SCXK2015-0019; Hubei, China). Animal use and care were confirmed by the Animal Ethics Committee of South-Central Minzu University (SYXK (Wuhan) 2016-0089, No.2021-SCUEC-AEC-033), Wuhan, China. Seven days before the experiment, mice were maintained under standard specific pathogen-free conditions and given sufficient food and water at 24 ± 1℃ to adapt to the new environment.
