: This case report was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Istanbul (2018 edition) and relevant national and institutional regulations regarding living organ donation. According to institutional policy, formal approval by the institutional review board was waived for this single case report. Written informed consent for both transplantation procedures and publication of anonymized clinical data was obtained from the recipient and the living donor. Given the exceptional nature of sequential living donor liver and kidney transplantation from the same donor, particular attention was paid to donor autonomy and safety. The donor underwent repeated independent medical and psychosocial evaluations separate from the recipient care team. These assessments emphasized voluntariness, the absence of coercion or financial incentive, and the donor’s right to withdraw consent at any stage without disadvantage. Sufficient time for reflection (“cooling-off period”) was ensured before each donation decision.
: The authors obtained written consent from the patient discussed in this report.
