: Samples used in this study were access material from nasopharyngeal swabs derived from individuals, which were tested for a SARS-CoV-2 infection by RT-qPCR carried out by the Center for Infectious Diseases, Virology, Heidelberg University Hospital. Swab samples were anonymized at any time and exclusively used for SARS-CoV-2 detection using AgPOCTs in this study.
