Die BARMER Pflegekasse hat einen gesetzlichen Sicherstellungsauftrag gemäß § 69 SGB XI und begleicht im Rahmen ihrer Leistungsverpflichtung für ihre Versicherten die ihr von Pflegediensten in Rechnung gestellten Beratungseinsätze nach § 37 Abs. 3 SGB XI.
