: Animals were housed at the Laboratory Animal Research Center of Ajou University Medical Center (Suwon, Republic of Korea) under standardized conditions: temperature maintained between 21 and 23°C, relative humidity between 45 and 55%, and a 12-h light/dark cycle (lights on at 07:00 and off at 19:00). The rats had free access to standard chow and water. All animal procedures were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of the Ajou University Medical Center (IACUC No.2023-0082).
