: This study is regarding the tilting of the Earth’s crust in Dharwar Craton, Indian shield. Different rock types and deformational structures are investigated along with metamorphic history. Northerly tilting is confirmed from field relations, varying metamorphic grade. Due to northerly tilting of crust, deeper southern higher metamorphic grade rocks got exhumed.
